Environmental assessment and regulatory review for a hydrocarbon storage facility in the port of Nador WestMed
Within the context of a feasibility study for the construction of a hydrocarbon storage facility at the port of Nador WestMed, the United States Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) financed a comprehensive technical and environmental preliminary study. ACS performed the environmental assessment while Jacobs and Lonquist & Co. completed the technical scope.
ACS completed a comprehensive regulatory review of the environmental, health, and safety aspects of the project during the construction, operation and close-out phases, focusing on the following aspects: water quality, soil and groundwater impacts, air quality, flooding, noise, and visual.
