Circular economy and resource efficiency are important components of sustainable development. Sustainable design and engineering cannot be done without enhancing circularity within systems, whether they are at the city level, industrial platform or individual plant. ACS has developed expertise in energy and resource efficient equipment through the evaluation of more than 350 projects for green financing as well as managing the Green Technology Selector (EBRD database) for Morocco and Tunisia. ACS has also developed its own internal technology database covering more than 50 waste recycling technologies for enhancing circularity within processes and value chains. Our experts provide support in detecting circular economy and industrial symbiosis opportunities including economic and technical pre-feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis, and preliminary design.
